Joining

The New Club is a private members’ club and membership is normally by introduction from an existing member. Nevertheless, we realise that this is not always possible, especially for people who are new to Cheltenham.

Our normal membership is drawn from professional and business people. If you would like to know more, please contact the Secretary by letter or by e-mail. This should enable you to meet Members who will nominate you for membership. Applicants for membership are proposed and seconded by existing Members and the General Committee considers their applications.

Temporary membership by the day, week or month is available to persons introduced by Members Members’ guests may be entertained in the Club, the Race Box and the Cricket Marquee.

The Club has reciprocal membership arrangements with many clubs throughout Britain and world-wide.

Members who wish to propose someone for membership will find an application form in the Members’ Area.
