Chef de Cuisine

Carl Stevenson has been the New Club's resident chef de cuisine for 20 years. His career path has been notable, not only cooking in great hotels including Gleneagles, but winning many awards and accolades along the way, starting with Student Chef of the Year. 

He leads a fantastic team here at the New Club and showcases his culinary expertise by providing delicious food of the highest standard in over a dozen worldwide cuisines, to outstanding acclaim.
